James Minutello, President and Chief Executive Officer
James Minutello is the founder, President, and CEO of AGI. Since he founded the company in 1999, Mr. Minutello’s vision and entrepreneurial spirit has been critical in expanding AGI. With more than 15 years of experience in all aspects of the freight forwarding and logistics business, Mr. Minutello had also created a forwarding company named Airgate in 1995 before leaving in 1999 to start AGI Logistics.

Scott Ornstein, Chief Operating Officer
With more than 23 years of experience, Mr. Ornstein has a proven track record of success in hands-on leadership, organizational management, branding and strategic planning. He also has extensive merchandising and operations experience with well-known retail companies like Brookstone, Lechters Housewares, Abraham & Strauss, and Macy's. Prior to joining AGI, Mr. Ornstein was the President of the Retail Division for The Movado Group Inc.

Gerhard Bosua , Chief Financial Officer

With more than 22 years of experience in Finance, Audit, and Banking, Mr. Bosua brings to our company a combination of industry experience and a solid financial background. Since 2001, Mr Bosua has been with UTI Worldwide Inc .Most recently, Mr Bosua, held the position of Chief Financial Officer of the Americas and Global Treasurer for UTI Worldwide Inc. Prior to his most recent experience, Mr Bosua worked for Ernst & Young in both South Africa and the UK in the Finance and Audit area. After, Mr. Bosua spent several years with ABN Amro Bank  both starting up and running,as the Chief Financial Officer, for the bank's South African operations. Mr Bosua holds two University degrees in Computer Science and Accounting.
